A thoroughly impressive family home, extending to over 2,142 sq.ft of accommodation in an enviable 'parkland' setting on one of Lichfield's premier addresses. WHY WE LOVE THIS HOUSE...
Gaia Lane is one of the oldest roads in Lichfield and to all intents and purposes it resembles a quiet country lane surrounded by trees and greenery. We fell in love with the location as it combines the advantages of being within a very short walk to the centre of town, with access to the shops, banks, supermarkets and the renowned Garrick Theatre. It's not the usual suburban walk into town but a delightful and safe stroll along the beautiful Stowe Pool, with no roads to cross except Gaia Lane itself. It was a matter of moments to take the grandchildren to run off steam around the Pool or to play on what are now the two new play parks that are very popular with young families. Set back from the road, the house is elevated providing good privacy, whilst having a glimpse of Stowe Pool. We have been very happy here but the time has come to downsize again. However, it will be a real wrench to leave no.73!
