Meet the team

Dan is one of the owners of the company and has worked in estate agency for 20 years. Initially in London with two ‘top end’ agencies and then returning to his home town of Lichfield to set up his own agency with his wife Verity in 2003.

When not working there is nothing more important than his family and when time allows you may find him at Lichfield Rugby Club.

Boasting the same CV as Dan and probably the best ‘sales chaser in the business.  Always with a smile on her face.  Away from the office Verity is totally devoted to her family.  Her two daughters mean the world to her and she spends every second she can with them.  Quite a troublesome trio when all together.  Verity has recently started playing hockey again and is delighted to feature in the same team as her girls.

Kim has spent the last 20 years working for Lichfield Estate Agents but was naturally attracted to the D&D brand due to her friendly and fun personality. With a diligence second to none she too likes to spend her ‘downtime’ with her family. Also with two daughters and recently becoming a grandmother.

Lichfield’s very own Kirstie Allsopp. There is no one better to show you around a house than Joyce. Having renovated all her family homes and run a successful property development company – no one can see the potential in a home like Joyce can. Away from work she can normally be found at the bottom of a gin bottle dancing to Van Morrison.

Liz has also brought a wealth of experience to D&D having worked for some of the area’s major house builders, conveyancing solicitors and commercial agents. Continuing our ‘family theme’ Liz is also a grandmother doting on her four grandchildren whenever she can.

An independent buildings Surveyor and Energy Assessor, Nigel provides Energy Performance Certificates locally and further afield throughout Lichfield and the surrounding areas. Floor plans too are a speciality, whenever required.

Cider making is one of Nigel’s passions and brings together family and friends annually for a pressing engagement!

Such a passion for his job. Phil has successfully renovated and sold a number of properties over recent years and therefore knows exactly how to stage and shoot properties for the greatest impact.
